The Fiat Tipo was produced by Fiat from 2015 to 2026. The 5-door hatchback was presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2016, and the Tipo received a facelift in 2021.
In the fitting photo in post 1404, the roof of the Fiat Tipo has no roof rails. That is why the Delta roof bars clamp directly onto the body, with the fitting system made for the car, and the Marathon box is fixed onto the roof bars, not onto roof rails.

The Menabo Delta Black roof bars for Fiat Tipo Hatchback, 5-door, 2016+ model has 2 black aluminium bars, 1,370 mm long, with 4 fittings, 4 feet and 4 locks. The roof bars have a 20 mm T-track on top, so accessories with T-bolt fittings are fixed in the track, and those with U-bolt fittings attach around the outside of the bar.
The Menabo Marathon Dark 400 has 400 litres and weighs 13.2 kg. It is compatible with Menabo Delta roof bars, and the 60 mm U-bolt and 20 mm T-bolt fittings are included in the package, so you do not need to buy them separately.

Technical details and what to watch for
- The Delta Black roof bar set weighs 5.6 kg, and the maximum load is 50 kg.
- The 13.2 kg weight of the box is subtracted from the 50 kg of the roof bars when you calculate how much more you can load.
- The box is 165 cm long and holds 400 litres. Put heavy luggage in the centre of the box, close to the roof bars, so that it stays stable on the road.
- After fitting, check that the feet and the box are tight before setting off, especially after the first kilometres.
- The height of the car increases with the box fitted. Measure it before garages, underground car parks or barriers.

- The roof bar set comes with keys for the locks, so keep the keys in a safe place.
