Hyundai Sonata YF (Sixth Generation): Menabo Tema Roof Bars and Menabo Marathon Dark 400 Roof Box

We fitted Menabo Tema Aluminium roof bars and the Menabo Marathon Dark 400 roof box on a Hyundai Sonata YF in our SuportBicicleta.ro showroom at Drumul Lunca Corbului 2, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania.

About the car: Hyundai Sonata sixth generation (YF)

The sixth-generation Hyundai Sonata has the code YF and was built between 2009 and 2014. It is a 4-door saloon. In Eastern Europe the model was sold as the Sonata, and in some markets, for example Australia, it was called the Hyundai i45.

On the Sonata in our fitting there are no roof rails to be seen on the roof, so the Menabo Tema roof bars were fitted directly onto the roof, with a vehicle-specific fitting kit. The Tema is designed for cars that have no factory roof rails, so the type of roof matters when you choose the set.
