About the car: Peugeot 2008 second generation (P24)
The Peugeot 2008 is a small crossover SUV with 5 doors, built on the PSA group's modular CMP platform. The second generation, code P24, received a facelift officially presented on 4 May 2023. After the facelift the headlights, grille and rear lights changed, and the Peugeot badge is new. The 2019-2023 version, before the facelift, is the one in the fitting photo.

What we fitted on this Peugeot 2008
The Menabo Starla 500 DUO comes in two versions: Dark, in matt black, and Black. Both have a volume of 500 litres, and are 199 cm long, 84 cm wide and 41 cm high, and open on both sides.
The box has a lock with a single key and is TÜV tested and City Crash tested. It attaches with 20 mm T fittings, which go into the top track of the bars and slide to the position you want. If your bars have no T-track, there is a special kit, sold separately: it is claw-shaped, sits inside the box and wraps around the bars from the outside.
Technical details and what to watch for
- Volume and load: 500 litres, with a maximum of 75 kg of luggage.
- Dimensions: 199 cm long, 84 cm wide and 41 cm high (outside).
- Roof load: the weight of the box and the luggage counts towards the maximum load of the roof bars and the roof. Check in the manuals of the car and of the bars how much the roof can carry.
- Compatibility: the product page says it fits without an adapter on Menabo Tema, Delta and K39 Aluminium bars. Check your own bars before you order.
- Anti-theft lock: lock with a single key.
