About the car: Opel Zafira C Tourer (2011-2019)

The Opel Zafira C, also known as the Zafira Tourer, is a 5-door MPV built between 2011 and 2019 on the GM Delta II platform. In June 2016 Opel presented a facelift for the 2017 model year, on sale from the end of 2016.

The Zafira C has flush roof rails, and in the fitting photo the roof bars are fixed onto these rails. This type of roof matters for the K39 King bars, because the system fixes onto the factory roof rails.

What we fitted on this Opel Zafira

We fitted the K39 King roof bars for Opel Zafira (C) Tourer 2011+. The bars are made of aluminium, with an oval profile of 52 x 28 mm and a length of 1,120 mm. You can fit bike racks, ski or snowboard racks or roof boxes on them with U-bolt fittings.

The bars have a 20 mm T-track along their whole length for T-track fittings, and the King model has a key lock. Below you will find the overview video of the bars.

Technical details and what to watch for

• The K39 King bars are 1,120 mm long, 52 mm wide and 28 mm high, and the complete system includes 2 bars and 4 feet.
• The 20 mm T-track allows accessories with T-track fittings to be fitted along the whole length of the bar, as well as those with U-bolt fittings.
• The weight of the rack or box is subtracted from the maximum load of the bars, so check the limit stated on the product page before fitting.
• The system has a key lock, and it is fitted with the Allen key from the package, without any other tool.
• After fitting, the height of the car increases with the bars and with the accessories. Keep this in mind at underground car parks or under barriers.
• The instruction manual is included in the box.
