About the car: Suzuki Jimny, 3rd generation
The 3rd-generation Suzuki Jimny was built in Japan between 1998 and 2018, with the chassis codes JB23, JB33, JB43 and JB53. The JB43 has the 1.3 M13A petrol engine, and the JB53 used the Renault K9K diesel engine of 1,461 cc, built between 2003 and 2011. The body is a 3-door SUV, and there was also a 2-door convertible version. The model received a front facelift for model year 2013.
In the photo, the green Jimny has the spare wheel on the tailgate and vertical rear lights on the bodywork. In Europe, the Jimny was also sold with Hard Top or Canvas Top versions, and the Marius attaches to the towbar, so the type of roof does not change the fitting.
