About the car: Volkswagen Jetta A6 (2011-2018)
The Jetta A6 followed the Jetta A5 and is the sixth-generation Jetta. Its internal code is Typ 1B and it has a 4-door saloon body. The generation is partly based on the PQ35 platform, the same family as the Golf. It was launched in 2010 and withdrawn from sale in Europe in January 2018.

The Tema has an oval profile, to reduce air resistance when driving, and metal parts treated with rubberised paint. On top it has a 20 mm T-track, used for bike racks, roof boxes or ski racks. Technical details and what to watch for
- The maximum load of the set is 50 kg, and the weight of the fitted accessory is deducted from this figure.
- The set is TÜV and ISO approved and includes lock cylinders with keys.
- The 20 mm channel takes the T-track fitting, and the U-bolt fitting goes around the outside of the bar.
- To fit it, follow the steps in the instruction manual included in the box, using the Allen key supplied.
- After fitting, check the fittings and try to move the bars by hand.
- The height of the car increases with the bars and with any accessories fitted, so keep it in mind at barriers and underground car parks.
