Whether your family is growing or you are simply off on a longer holiday, luggage can become a problem. For a safe and comfortable journey, the answer is a roof box. The Italian manufacturer Menabo has recently launched the latest roof box in its range. It is called the Quasar and holds 320 litres.
So what is new about this Menabo box? It is wider, so you can fit in and organise more bags, suitcases or wheeled cases. The Menabo Quasar roof box is ready for any journey and helps you carry your luggage safely and in complete comfort.
How do you fit the Quasar roof box?
To fit the Quasar roof box, you need roof bars already fitted to your car. The box attaches to the bars with an 80 mm U-bolt fitting. The Quasar takes up to 50 kg and holds 320 litres.
The Quasar is made of black ABS plastic and measures 120 cm long, 90 cm wide and 36 cm high on the outside.
What features does the Quasar roof box have?
Choose the Quasar and you get a built-in anti-theft lock, and one of its new features is the locking system at the front of the box. The box opens from one side and weighs 10 kg.
Menabo designed this roof box to be as aerodynamic as possible, and it is TÜV tested and certified for road safety.
The Quasar comes with all the instructions and keys you need to fit it. It also includes straps to secure your luggage while you drive.
