Description
The flange towbar for “Iveco Daily Extended Chassis Cab 2014+” is made by Hakpol, a company based in Poland that has been in business since 1991. Today, Hakpol produces more than 800 towbar models for a wide range of cars.
Every product is type-approved and certified at European level, so each Hakpol towbar carries its own type approval.
Its maximum towing capacity is 3500 kg, while the maximum nose weight on the towball is 150 kg.
The flange towbar for “Iveco Daily Extended Chassis Cab 2014+” is made specifically for your car and does not affect its warranty. For installation, it comes with the fitting hardware and a technical diagram, in line with the car manufacturer's instructions.
This is a flange towbar: the towball is held by 2 bolts and can be removed. Its advantages are that the towball height can be adjusted and that the towball can be replaced as a spare part when it wears. Thanks to these features, flange towbars are mainly suited to vans and SUVs used in agriculture, vehicle transport, machinery transport and similar work.
For the lights to work correctly on both the car and the trailer, a dedicated towbar wiring kit with a CAN-bus protection module must be fitted. You will find it under “Additional accessories”.
Product quality is ensured by the manufacturing process itself, whose advantages include electrostatic painting and a production line automated with industrial robots. The warranty on Hakpol products is valid for 5 years.
After the first 1000 km, the bolts must be checked and retightened in accordance with the technical specifications supplied with the product. We also recommend measuring the towball diameter regularly to make sure it is not less than 49 mm.
General notes:
1. The maximum towing capacity and nose weight depend on the vehicle's gross weight and engine. Please check your vehicle registration certificate.
2. If the towball obscures the vehicle's number plate, it must be removed and fitted only when needed.
3. If the towball interferes with the parking sensors, it must be removed and fitted only when needed.
