Thule Aion 40L is a travel backpack for an active lifestyle, designed to be used as carry-on luggage. It has dedicated areas for electronics, a pocket for a water bottle and a detachable bag for sports gear or dirty clothes.

Detachable rolltop bag

The rolltop bag inside has a TPU lining, so smells, moisture and dirt do not reach the rest of the backpack. It is easy to clean, and you can take it out and use it separately.

Organised for the journey

The dedicated pockets take a 15.6-inch laptop or a 16-inch MacBook and a 12.9-inch tablet. The top zip pocket keeps small items within reach, the zipped internal pocket holds keys and a wallet, and the interior straps keep the luggage in place. The zips of the outer pockets can be locked with a padlock, sold separately. You can combine it with the Thule Aion Sling bag (sold separately), used as a hip belt for extra support and quick access to important items.

Recycled materials and bluesign certification

The outer fabric, lining and mesh are 100% recycled. The 600D waxed canvas is durable, develops character over time and has a water-resistant finish free of toxic PFCs. All Thule Aion products are bluesign® approved.
