The Thule Approach 2 L is a spacious softshell roof tent, designed for comfort, practicality and careful design. The generous interior, large panoramic windows and equipment for every season turn it into a home away from home, on the roof of your car.

You can go alone, with family or with friends for a weekend, and the tent gives you comfort wherever the road takes you. It sleeps up to 4 people.

Opens automatically in under 3 minutes

When you arrive, remove the travel cover and unfold the base. The automatic opening design takes you from the car park to camp in less than 3 minutes.

More space, more options

The sloped entrance towards the outside increases the interior space for sleeping and storage. Panoramic windows in the ceiling and walls bring you closer to nature, and it is compatible with an awning and side walls for the awning, both sold separately.

Comfort under the open sky

The 2.6 m ladder with angled steps helps you climb up and down steadily and fits many types of car. Inside there is a 6 cm double-foam mattress with a quilted cover, and the integrated port for heating or air conditioning helps you adjust the temperature.

Secure fitting on the bars

Locking mounting brackets fix the tent to the roof bars in half the time of traditional tents, and a torque-limiting tool makes fitting safer.
