TowBox V2 Dog towbar cargo box for dogs, Black

Description

The TowBox V2 Dog Black is the version of the TowBox V2 Black adapted for carrying pets comfortably and safely, without compromising the driver's safety, and it prevents the damage animals can cause on a journey (ruined upholstery, unpleasant smells, parasites, etc.).

Unlike the TowBox V2, it has ventilation holes. The interior can also be fitted with a divider, a cage and an anti-humidity floor. The TowBox V2 Dog Black is ideal for hunters who need to carry their hunting dog safely, and it can also be used occasionally for other animals (small birds, lambs, young goats, etc.).

The TowBox V2 Dog holds EU veterinary certification for transporting animals.

Other features:

• The low mounting position makes loading and unloading much easier.
• Two side access doors let you reach the load easily from either side.
• Mounted behind the car, the box stays out of the airflow, so it does not affect the car's aerodynamics and helps fuel economy.
• It does not add to the vehicle's height (which could otherwise restrict your access to garages or underground car parks).
• The box has no maximum speed restriction.

For easy cleaning, the base has drain holes and can be removed.

The box comes fully assembled, with height-adjustable folding wheels, so even one person can easily wheel it to the car.

Fitting it onto the tow ball is just as simple and takes only seconds. It is compatible with most towbars on the market.

Both side doors and the towbar mounting are lockable, with a lock cylinder and key.

The tilting system lets you open the car's tailgate or boot lid without taking the box off the towbar.

The box is made of medium-density polyethylene for maximum impact resistance, and the carrier frame is made of quality steel with an anti-corrosion treatment.

The maximum load is 66 kg (depending on the model). Check the maximum vertical load (nose weight) your towbar allows.

The carrier's wiring has a 13-pin plug (including reversing and rear fog lights), and a 13/7-pin adapter is included for cars with a 7-pin towbar socket.

All the features listed above give the TowBox V2 Black and TowBox V2 Dog Black a smart look and flawless functionality.

IMPORTANT: Exhaust gases from the vehicle must not blow directly onto the box, as this can seriously damage it.

NOTE 1: The TowBox towbar cargo box is rated for the stated loads, but always take into account the maximum vertical load (nose weight) permitted on your vehicle's towbar.

NOTE 2: In some countries, for better visibility, traffic regulations state that towbar cargo boxes must carry a clearly visible approved V20 warning plate.
