I'm the legal person. Can I buy?

How do I do it if I want the delivery to be at an address other than the one specified in my client account?

In this situation, within the order process, you will have the option to enter the information corresponding to the desired delivery address.

I forgot the account password. How do I do it?

How do I do it if I want to change the data in my account?

To modify the data from the customer account, please log into the account and then access the Account Update option available in my Account section.

Do I have to have an account to buy?

To shop on this site, you need to create a user account. It can be created after you have added the products you want to shop in the Basket.

Can I modify a launch order?

If you wish to modify an order, please contact us using the contact form on the site. Please specify the order IDA, which you can find in the Historical section of the orders.

Can I get any information on any previous orders?

You can consult the order history on the site, by accessing the History Order section.
