We fitted the Menabo Tema Steel roof bars on a white Dacia Sandero II (B52), facelift version, 5-door, with a roof without roof rails. Everything was done in our shop at Drumul Lunca Corbului 2, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania.

About the car: Dacia Sandero II facelift (B52)
The Dacia Sandero II carries the code B52, is built on the Dacia M0 platform and was produced in Romania between 2012 and 2020 as a 5-door hatchback. The revised version was launched in November 2016 at the Paris Motor Show, with LED daytime running lights and redesigned tail lights. The car in this fitting is a white Sandero II facelift, recognisable by the tail lights in the style of the 2016 version.
As the standard version, not the Stepway, this Sandero has no roof rails. This means the bars have nothing to rest on except the body: the dedicated Menabo Tema kit for the Dacia Sandero, 5-door, 2013+ fixes each foot to the edge of the roof, using the fitting kits made for this model.
What we fitted on this Sandero facelift
On the roof we fitted the Menabo Tema Steel roof bars for the Dacia Sandero, 5-door, 2013+, a well-established product in the Italian maker's range. The bars are made of steel, with an oval, aerodynamic profile, and all the metal parts are finished with a rubberised anti-corrosion coating.
The package contains 4 fitting kits made for this Sandero, 4 feet, 2 steel bars, 4 locks with keys and an Allen key. You can fit a bike rack, roof box, ski rack or kayak rack on the bars later, all with the classic U-bolt fitting around the outside of the bar, because the Tema bars have no T-track on top.

Useful details for the Dacia Sandero II with Menabo Tema bars
- Each Menabo Tema bar is 1,120 mm long, 30 mm high and 48 mm wide; the complete set weighs 5.3 kg.
- The maximum load of the bars is 50 kg: if you fit a 15 kg accessory, 35 kg remain for the load.
- We could not find the roof load of the Dacia Sandero II in an official Dacia manual, so check it in the car's handbook and respect the lower of the two values, bars or roof.
- The bars are TÜV and ISO approved and come with 4 locks with keys.
- The instruction manual is included in the box.
