The Opel Corsa E, with the model code X15, debuted at the 2014 Paris Motor Show and was built from 2014 to 2019 as a 3-door and 5-door hatchback. It is built on the same SCCS platform as its predecessor, the Corsa D. Opel changed all the outer panels except the roof, and the body structure and glazed area were carried over from the Corsa D.

The set contains 4 clamps, 4 feet, 2 bars and an Allen key, needs no other tools, and is TÜV and ISO approved.

On K39 bars you can fit a bike rack, roof box or ski rack, provided the accessory has the classic U-bolt fitting of at least 30 mm. The bars have no T-track on top and no lock, but they carry up to 55 kg, which makes them a practical base for a compact car such as the Corsa E.

• Load calculation: from the 55 kg of the bars, deduct the weight of the empty accessory. With a roof box, for example, what is left after subtracting the weight of the box is the luggage you can put in it, without exceeding the limit of the box either.
• Fixing accessories: only the classic U-bolt of at least 30 mm, on the outside of the bar; accessories with T-bolt fitting have no track to go into.
• No lock: K39 K1 bars have no lock.
