About the car: Opel Crossland (2020+, facelift)
Opel sold the Crossland between 2017 and 2024, as a 5-door SUV in the subcompact crossover segment. The 2020 facelift changed the name to Opel Crossland, without the X. Production stopped in July 2024, at the Zaragoza plant (Spain), after about 600,000 units.
On the roof, some versions, the top one, have raised silver roof rails, while others do not. If your car has no factory roof rails, the Tema set fixes directly onto the body. The Opel manual for the Crossland X gives 60 kg on the roof, but for the 2020+ version check the value in your car's manual.
What we fitted on this Crossland 2020+
The Menabo Tema Aluminium for the Opel Crossland, 5-door, 2020+ are 1,300 mm long, 30 mm high and 48 mm wide. The profile is oval, and the top has a 20 mm T-track for accessories with a T fitting. They fit directly onto the body, with the fittings made for the car.
The Menabo Marathon Dark 400 holds 400 litres, has a maximum load of 50 kg and weighs 13.2 kg itself. It opens on the right and is lockable, and the 60 mm U-bolt and 20 mm T fittings are included, so it also suits roof bars with a 20 mm T-track.

- Bars: maximum load 50 kg, length 1,300 mm, height 30 mm, width 48 mm, 2 bars and 4 fittings.
- Box: 400 litres, maximum load 50 kg, weight 13.2 kg, opens on the right, lockable.
- Box fitting: the 60 mm U-bolt and 20 mm T fittings are included. The 80 mm U-bolt fitting is optional.
- Calculation: the weight of the box (13.2 kg) and of the roof bars is subtracted from the roof load, then you add the luggage.
- Height: with the box on the roof, the car becomes taller. Check the height before height barriers.
- Noise: the oval profile helps, but the roof bars can whistle at certain speeds. Menabo recommends not exceeding 130 km/h, details in our guide.
