The Peugeot 301 is a 4-door B-segment saloon, built between 2012 and 2021. It has a single generation, so the model is easy to identify by the name 301. The platform is the PSA PF1, and in 2017 it received a facelift together with its twin, the Citroen C-Elysee. The car was built at the Peugeot plant in Vigo, Spain, and was designed specially for emerging markets.

Technical details and what to watch for

• Capacity: the maximum supported weight is 45 kg. The bikes loaded on the rack must stay within this limit.
• Compatibility: The Biki takes fat bikes, but does not take e-bikes. For e-bikes you can see towbar-mounted bike racks category and check on each model's page whether it accepts this type of bike.
• Bike attachment: the bike is held by the frame, and the rack has no clamps, just bumps on the arms.

• Rear lights: after fitting, check that the rear lights and number plate stay visible, especially when you are carrying bikes.
