Description

The vertical detachable towbar for “Volkswagen Caddy Van 2021+” is made by Hakpol, a Polish company founded in 1960. Today, Hakpol makes more than 900 towbar models for a wide range of cars.

The vertical detachable towbar for “Volkswagen Caddy Van 2021+” is made specifically for your vehicle and does not affect your car's warranty. It comes with the mounting hardware and a technical diagram for fitting, in line with the car maker's instructions.

For the lights to work properly both on the car and on whatever you are towing, a vehicle-specific towbar wiring kit with a CAN-bus module must be fitted. You will find it under “Recommended products”.

After the first 1,000 km, the bolts must be checked and retightened as set out in the technical specifications supplied with the product. We also recommend measuring the tow ball diameter regularly to make sure it has not worn below 49 mm.

2. If the tow ball obscures the vehicle's number plate, it must be removed and only fitted when needed.
